Cut from lightweight linen, the Toco Dress in Ocaso by Estilo Emporio has a v-neckline, and voluminous balloon sleeves and falls to a pretty ruffled hem.
Bella Frock loves that this dress is shorter at the front, and slightly longer at the back, and that the empire waist accentuates the floaty feel of the dress.
